Managing Director / Sales

Chris Sullivan

Chris is the founder and head of sales of ECM group, a London-based firm specializing in capital raising and fund management services across Europe and Switzerland. With over 20 years of experience in the region, Chris has been instrumental in raising billions of dollars in assets under management for funds, green energy and private equity.

His expertise spans the creation of onshore UCITS and SICAV platforms, as well as navigating the UK's EIS/SEIS/VCT frameworks.

Under his leadership, ECM Group assists fund managers in optimizing their fundraising efforts, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and integrating advanced technologies like Web3, AI, and blockchain into traditional asset management.

CFO / Analyst

Haresh Balani

Haresh has long experience managing both mutual and hedge funds. He has worked at top institutions including JF/JP Morgan, Allianz Dresdner Thornton, Global Asset Management, Bessent Capital, and Cheyne Capital.

His primary focus was pan-Asian equities managing $8bn in AUM for the portfolio. More recently, he has been managing his own wealth covering global equity markets.

Some of the funds he has been involved with have been ranked #1 or in the top quartile in their category and he has earned 2 Lipper Awards.

Today, Haresh is in charge of product origination and distribution creation to build a best pipeline of investors for our products, funds, notes and security tokens on a blockchain or P2P.

He has worked in Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York and London. He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the Wharton School. Haresh has resided in London for many years with his family and is of Japanese/Indian descent.

COO / Finance

Henry Levy

Henry was born into a private banking family and film production world. He graduated with a Joint Maths and Physics degree at Bristol University, then qualified as a CIMA, working in the manufacturing/distribution industry.

He subsequently worked in a variety of sectors including venture capital and capital raising for hedge funds with our team.

The last 10 years have been focused on supporting ECM on all its administrative, financial, and tax matters.

Henry is a British citizen and lives with his family outside of London.

CMO / Product Designer

Caitlin Hafer

Caitlin works with companies and clients to better understand their customers' needs and design messaging and products to meet them.

With a background in analytics-driven marketing, she has worked with companies from new start-ups to industry leaders.

She has worked with ECM over the past few years making sure our company and clients are presenting the best vision and message to our investors, using digital marketing and anything SaaS or cloud-driven.

Caitlin is co-founder of "What The Hack" and a former ballet and modern dancer. She is American and resides in Dublin, Ireland and London.

Manjit is a strategic change leader helping blockchain and stablecoin startups scale from concept to fully operational businesses. With 20+ years in fintech, global markets, and digital transformation, he blends enterprise discipline with startup speed.

He builds operating models, governance, and delivery structures that let fast-growth teams move quickly while staying in control. His experience spans regulatory programmes, IT simplification, vendor strategy, and digital product launches across Tier 1 banks and emerging fintechs.

Focused on blockchain and stablecoins, Manjit helps founders align strategy with execution, streamline decisions, and embed scalable, compliant processes from day one — balancing innovation with regulatory readiness and operational resilience.
